SERVING THE CITY OF ZAGREB AND ALL ITS CITIZENS
 
With the aim of realizing this vision, the City Housing and Municipal Services Company (GSKG) operates and continually develops within the territory of the City of Zagreb as well as that of its surroundings, as the capital of the Republic of Croatia – a capital rich in different aspects of human residence, work, as well as in protected wonders and resources of nature.
 
Mission
 
Thus, in our capacity of a public service, we promote policies and standards focused on the construction of new residential and business buildings, at the same time striving to share the best practice examples and experiences within the domain of real estate maintenance, pursuant to the criteria of safety, durability, functionality, comfort as well as criteria connected to buildings’ ecological attributes and maintenance cost reduction.

GSKG is a centre of knowledge and experience of real estate management and it disposes of contractors specialized in maintenance of both buildings and other facilities of municipal infrastructure.

As the major building manager in Croatia, it constantly keeps track of market trends, educates and offers advice to users of its services, real estate coproprietors, when it comes to using modern technologies and products for the construction and maintenance of buildings. GSKG seeks to fulfil its mission by undertaking planned actions and, when needed, by undertaking emergency actions on buildings under its management.
 



In our work, we offer top quality and professionalism, at the same time promoting partner-based relationships with coproprietors and suppliers, accompanied with mutual respect, transparency and safety at work.

Apart from striving to achieve positive business results, we also pay close attention to improving our services and abiding by legal regulations and we are always trying to establish a cooperation to mutual satisfaction.
 
As a result of all this, we grew to the position of the leading real estate manager, because, as opposed to our competitors, we treat customers in a manner that is not only responsible and professional, but also humane and friendly, searching best possible solutions.

Our own quality resources and records from the field of management, allow us to efficiently perform other services as well – collection of rent and lease charges as well as fees for utility and water services on the territory of the City of Zagreb.
